EXPERIENCE
With almost 40 years of retail real estate experience, Stanton began his career as a leasing agent at the Sembler Company. He later joined Paragon Group and through its acquisition by Insignia/ESG a publicly REIT, became director of retail leasing. At Insignia-ESG Stanton worked with several institutional landlords including MetLife, Lincoln National, and GE Capital just to name a few. With an opportunity to be involved with the redevelopment/re-purposing of 2 regional malls, he joined Divaris Real Estate. Where, in addition to leasing, Stanton expanded Divaris’ tenant representation footprint on Florida’s West Coast.
In 2001 Stanton launched Insite Real Estate and began working with high profile national tenants just entering Florida such as Starbucks, Washington Mutual, Chipotle, Pei Wei, and Jamba Juice. Since then, Insite has been creating and implementing successful retail expansions throughout Florida and has played a leading role in leasing various retail projects from single tenant to regional anchored shopping centers.
EXPERIENCE
Anthony Sideris joined Insite in early 2007 with a background in marketing and contact management. Since then, Anthony has expanded his skill sets to include the proficient use of Regis mapping software. Anthony has built and maintains extensive databases to include current traffic counts, planned road improvements as well as other essential demographic and market information. In addition to maintaining these resources, Anthony has expanded his role to include project leasing and tenant representation throughout Florida.
Anthony has been in the Retail Real Estate industry for over 20 years and has personally acquired ownership interests in several retail and mixed-use shopping centers. Before coming to Insite, Anthony was a member of the marketing team at RMC Property Group in Tampa and was responsible for the development of marketing materials for over 8 million SF of retail space.
Anthony is a Licensed Florida Sales Associate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, Anthony has sat on the board of directors for American Hellenic Education Progressive Association (AHEPA) as its secretary.
EXPERIENCE
Bringing over 8 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa and Southwest Florida markets, Andrew joined Insite in 2024 with a diverse background in retail and industrial leasing and sales.
His portfolio of experience has included assignments with national retail brands including Tropical Smoothie Café, Firehouse Subs, Mathnasium, Fazoli’s, and Chicken Salad Chick, being responsible for multi-unit, market rollouts and expansions across the state of Florida. In addition, Andrew has leased new Class A retail developments and shopping centers for institutional and local Landlords alike. Andrew will employ his diverse experience at Insite which will also include supporting Starbucks expansion throughout Florida’s Westcoast.
In addition to his retail experience, Andrew has completed over 500,000 square feet of industrial leasing and sales in owner and user representation, ranging from flex properties and small bay industrial to large distribution. He is currently leasing Curry Business Park, a 255,000 SF Class A industrial/flex development in Babcock Ranch in Southwest Florida.
Andrew is a Florida native, having grown up in Jacksonville before moving to Tampa to go to the University of South Florida, where he graduated in 2016. He has since remained in Tampa with his wife and their son.
EXPERIENCE
Alex is a retail real estate expert with an emphasis on Landlord, Tenant and Developer representation. He opened the Insite Real Estate Orlando office in 2022 after a successful six years with SRS Real Estate Partners. In his tenure, Alex has successfully negotiated in excess of 190 transactions which encompass more than $200 million worth of value. His client experience is comprised of national/regional Tenants and Landlords including Starbucks, CAVA, PF Chang’s, First Watch, DECA Dental, Hawkers, 4Rivers, Christian Brothers Automotive, SOHO Juice, Driven Brands, Escapology, Crow Holdings, Covenant Group, Rocwell and more.
Alex is responsible for the strategy and expansion of Starbucks throughout the Orlando Metro Area as well as providing his expertise and services to his existing clients.
Alex is a Central Florida native who graduated from Rollins College in 2014 and he currently resides in College Park with his wife Meredith.

EXPERIENCE
Payton joined Insite in 2023 to open the Orlando branch office alongside Alex Bisbee. He brings nearly 10 years of retail real estate experience to the team and has been involved in many notable projects throughout Central Florida. Areas of expertise include landlord representation, strategic repositioning of retail and office properties, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and implementing creative marketing approaches to maximize NOI and property values for his clients. Prior to joining Insite, Payton was the Director of Leasing and Sales at Forness Properties where he managed a retail leasing portfolio in excess of 1.7m sq ft. He has experience working with a wide range of clients, from REITs and national tenants to local property owners and businesses. He has an extensive track record of completed transactions with some of the nation’s top retailers. Payton is a commercial real estate investor and brings an ownership mentality to each transaction he is a part of.
Payton was born and raised in Orlando and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

EXPERIENCE
Tiffany Brown joined Insite in 2023. She was born in Los Angeles, California and moved to Orlando in 2016. She graduated from Valencia College with an Associates of Science Degree focused on Mathematics and Statistics. After graduating, she pursued a career in commercial surveying where she worked in utility coordination, mainly for Disney World. She specialized in CAD and primarily worked on boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys. Tiffany’s father and grandfather both held careers in the commercial real estate industry. Tiffany is an optimist and has a strong desire to succeed. Her solution-based attributes bring big picture planning and opportunity for any situation.
Tiffany is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
