Alex is a retail real estate expert with an emphasis on Landlord, Tenant and Developer representation. He opened the Insite Real Estate Orlando office in 2022 after a successful six years with SRS Real Estate Partners. In his tenure, Alex has successfully negotiated in excess of 190 transactions which encompass more than $200 million worth of value.  His client experience is comprised of national/regional Tenants and Landlords including Starbucks, CAVA, PF Chang’s, First Watch, DECA Dental, Hawkers, 4Rivers, Christian Brothers Automotive, SOHO Juice, Driven Brands, Escapology, Crow Holdings, Covenant Group, Rocwell and more.

Alex is responsible for the strategy and expansion of Starbucks throughout the Orlando Metro Area as well as providing his expertise and services to his existing clients.

Alex is a Central Florida native who graduated from Rollins College in 2014 and he currently resides in College Park with his wife Meredith.
