Training & Development

Who We’re Looking For.

We’re hiring experienced tenant representation brokers who want to take a step up — not a step sideways. The ideal candidate brings:

Active Florida real estate license 2+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably as a tenant rep broker A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing retail lease transactions Deep local market knowledge in your target submarket An entrepreneurial mindset — you operate like an owner, not a passenger Polished communication skills and a relationship-first approach to business

Retail leasing experience is strongly preferred, particularly with national or regional brand tenants.
