EXPERIENCE

Bringing over 8 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa and Southwest Florida markets, Andrew joined Insite in 2024 with a diverse background in retail and industrial leasing and sales.

His portfolio of experience has included assignments with national retail brands including Tropical Smoothie Café, Firehouse Subs, Mathnasium, Fazoli’s, and Chicken Salad Chick, being responsible for multi-unit, market rollouts and expansions across the state of Florida. In addition, Andrew has leased new Class A retail developments and shopping centers for institutional and local Landlords alike. Andrew will employ his diverse experience at Insite which will also include supporting Starbucks expansion throughout Florida’s Westcoast.

In addition to his retail experience, Andrew has completed over 500,000 square feet of industrial leasing and sales in owner and user representation, ranging from flex properties and small bay industrial to large distribution. He is currently leasing Curry Business Park, a 255,000 SF Class A industrial/flex development in Babcock Ranch in Southwest Florida.

Andrew is a Florida native, having grown up in Jacksonville before moving to Tampa to go to the University of South Florida, where he graduated in 2016. He has since remained in Tampa with his wife and their son.
