Stanton R. Englander has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years with 21 of those years specializing in retail real estate.
Stanton has designed and implemented numerous successful retail expansion plans in West Central Florida which included over 100 Starbucks and 65 Washington Mutual locations. He was awarded the distinction by Starbucks of national broker of the year in 2004 and 2005. Widely recognized for his knowledge of the Tampa Market, Stanton is often called upon for site acquisition and leasing of shopping center projects throughout the region.
Prior to founding Insite, Stanton served as Director of Real Estate for Divaris Real Estate. As Director, Englander supervised the leasing and redevelopment of over 1 million square feet of existing retail space in addition to creating a tenant representation program. As director of leasing for Paragon Group/Insignia-ESG, he supervised the leasing staff for over 5 million square feet of retail throughout the southeast.

Currently Stanton is a long standing member of International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the planning committee for the ICSC West Coast Idea Exchange, the Government Affairs Committee of the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, The Pinellas County Economic Development Council and the Advisory Board of the Downtown Clearwater Partnership.
